Goodbye again...
Jes left for Australia again after she came back to work a year in Malaysia. This time she's back there to do her masters in Psychology. You see, in order to be a psychiatrist, you have to do your masters degree. And so, she left again, after working for a year in OCBC bank, on the night of 'chap goh mei'. Sadly, I was unable to send her off because of family dinner. However, I did spent a little bit of time before she left for KLIA. Kinda miss her already now...
Today is 'chap goh mei' which is the 15th day of chinese new year and also the last day of chinese new year. My family went for a dinner at V-Garden and this time we persuaded our granny to join us. The restaurant was packed and noisy. There was 2 wedding dinner going on at the same restaurant. We could hardly hear each other when talking.
According to the chinese tradition, girls/ladies will go to the river and throw mandarin oranges. In the hope of getting a husband. I don't know how realistic is this but it's something like this. And my sis used to tease this tradition that one should throw a watermelon, cause it's big enough for the guy to notice. Mandarin orange is too small to be noticeable in the river. hahaha... After the dinner, my mom, my bro, my SIL, my sis, my BIL and I went to secret recipe for a drink. Came back and I continue watching my OTH season 3 till episode 9.
Another day passed by and it's getting closer and closer to college reopen... *sigh**
